Damaged
Shipments
All of our footwear
is first quality. If, for any reason, you receive footwear that is
either damaged or defective, we will deliver a new pair
immediately. Of course, there is no restocking fee for returns of
footwear that is damaged or defective. We make every effort
to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original
shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to
be shipping damage:
1). Contact us as soon as possible.
2). Request
that the shipping company return the merchandise to address listed
on the package. Do not return the merchandise yourself,
as this may delay your reorder or credit.
